Can I try Rezenate before paying?
Absolutely! Our Free plan lets you run sessions with up to 3 participants. There's no time limit on the free plan — use it as long as you need.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limits. You won't be cut off mid-session, but you'll need to upgrade to continue creating new rooms or adding more participants.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
Is participant data saved?
No. Rezenate is privacy-first. No personal identity information is ever collected from participants. Participant responses are stored only during the live session, then deleted shortly afterward). Only Facilitator account information required for the service to function is stored.
Do you share facilitator or participant information with anyone else?
No. We never sell or give your private information to anyone. Some anonymous information is shared with third parties to help us maintain and improve the service.
